Last night at 6:30pm, the Kate Moss x Topshop 2014 range was launched, her first in 4 years! And in true London fashion, the streets of Oxford Circus were packed with anxious shoppers, waiting to get their hands on the new collection.
But not before being treated to a stellar performance of the new single I Got You by Duke Dumont featuring Jack Jones and some very patriotic burgers…
The collection reigns true to Kate’s iconic free spirited festival style and is comprised of 4 main trends – Balearic Dressing (her effortless festival style inspired by her love for the Balearic islands), Pajama Dressing (taking delicately stylish printed satin nightwear from the boudoir to the streets), Cocktail Hour (we’re talking pretty pastel dresses and head turning fringed mini dresses to take you from high tea to the dancefloor) and Tailoring Noir(20’s inspired glamour) Whether you think this collection is the sh** or just plain sh** that we’ve seen before, one things for sure…Kate knows who she is and has remained true to her own design aesthetic, inspired by items in her very own closet.
“I just want everyone to find something that they love to wear…”
The collection will be available globally in stores, in 39 countries as well as on line from Net-a-porter. Here’s a taster of what you can expect to find on Topshop rails worldwide, in just a few, along with the link to the launch.
